Biography
Mr. Falahyar “Falar” Fatmi is an entrepreneur and award-winning executive, possessing 20+ years of experience in various sectors contracting for federal, defense agencies, and state and local governments. Prior to starting at Exceed, Falar served as Chief Information Officer for Air Force Association and received a Top Technology Star Award in 2017. Falar held numerous senior-level positions for other major corporations. Falar was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for a healthcare startup company providing complex business solutions and took it from concept to highly profitable. Falar serves on the advisory board of directors for Women in Military Service Association and George Mason Innovation and working group.
Falar has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and two masters in Information Systems and Technology Management from George Mason University.
