Biography

Jennifer Rhodes is the executive vice president of Tagence, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business serving federal agencies and commercial clients with business efficiency strategies. Rhodes applies her expertise to Tagence’s business development, strategic initiatives, and as the change leadership / change management practice lead. She is currently the George Mason University’s School of Business Alumni Chapter Diversity & Inclusion Chair and on the board of directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals’ Global Organization.

Jennifer Rhodes earned her Executive MBA from George Mason University and received a double Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in Russian Studies and Political Science. She obtained a change management advanced practitioner certificate from Georgetown University. She enjoys time with her husband, Kevin, and son, Markham Savvas.
