Global Engagement Scholars Program Information Sessions, October 18 and October 27

The Office of Student Success and Academic Services will be hosting information sessions for the Global Engagement Scholars Program on October 18 (in-person) and October 27 (virtual). The Global Engagement Scholars Program will provide students the opportunity to develop a foundation and skills to become responsible global citizens and career-ready graduates. This program aims to empower undergraduate business majors to flourish in culturally diverse environments and to proactively contribute to developing inclusive environments. Details on the sessions are: 

  • Register for the in-person session on October 18 at 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. in Sub 1 3B here
  • Register for the virtual session on October 27 at 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. here.

The School of Business recognizes the responsibility to engage students in diversity and inclusion conversations. This program is designed for students interested in enhancing their professional development portfolio, understanding of cultural competency, and gaining a competitive edge in the business field. 

*Students who complete the program will receive a certificate and honor cords to wear at graduation. 

Admission Requirements:

  • Must be a declared School of Business major or minor student
  • Have no honr code violations
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
