Are you part of the first generation in your family to grow up in the United States? Are you also a current senior, graduating this academic year?
Students are invited to take part in a study about the transition from the senior year of college to post-college life. Any graduating senior who is at least 18 years of age and is part of the first generation in their family to grow up in the U.S. is eligible to volunteer for the study, which involves two interviews conducted virtually over Zoom.
Interviews will last approximately one hour each and are completely confidential. One will occur during your senior year of college and the second will take place approximately 18 months to two years after the first one. You will receive a $15 Amazon gift card for your participation in each interview.
The goal of this study is to understand your experiences as a student from an immigrant family and your experiences in the transition from your senior-year of college into post-college life. By participating, you will help contribute to what we know about the final year of college.
