Last month, the Department of Defense published a new Supply Chain Risk Management Guidebook providing best practices, recommended roles, and strategies for SCRM. A first of its kind document developed in collaboration with government, academia, AND industry. In this webinar, learn from senior leaders on how the guidebook was developed and how collaboration continues in implementation. Both government and industry alike will benefit from the conversation and the opportunity to understand how collaboration will be the solution to achieving supply chain readiness.
The new guidebook, posted at https://www.dau.edu/tools/dod-supply-chain-risk-management-guidebook, provides an overview of recommended roles, best practices, and strategies for managing supply chain risk, aligning with the existing program risk management framework outlined in the DoD Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Management Guide.
