Jessica Davis is a Community Strategist with Aetna in the Community CARES and Social Impact Team, where she leverages data metrics and analytics to drive decision‑making and develop solutions that address Social Determinants of Health. In her role, Jessica leads collaborative efforts with non‑profits, community‑based organizations, and for‑profit partners to create meaningful impact for neighbors and improve health outcomes at scale. Previously, Jessica built a strong foundation in purchasing, inventory management, and operations leadership in the retail and building supply industry, where she optimized processes, strengthened vendor relationships, and improved organizational performance. Her career reflects a consistent focus on strategic planning, cross‑sector collaboration, and using analytics to drive measurable results. Jessica holds an MBA from George Mason University, a post-graduate certificate in Business Analytics from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University. She is a Licensed Bachelor of Social Work (LBSW) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Virginia, bringing a unique blend of analytical expertise and human services perspective to her work. Deeply committed to community service, Jessica serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Madison County Free Clinic, Director at Large for the Madison County Fair Board, and an appointed alternate member of the Madison County Board of Zoning Appeals.
