Biography
Magro Algarotti holds close to 20 years of teaching experience in International Studies, Cultural Studies, Professional Writing, Environmental Studies, Research Methods, and Marketing and Communications.
As a full-time faculty member at Costello College of Business starting in 2014, Magro Algarotti helped design the Business Foundations curriculum and designed Business and Society course. After leaving her full-time position at Mason, she continued teaching as an Instructor for Mason Korea and for the Fairfax campus.
Before coming to George Mason University, she was an assistant professor at Denison University and taught at Capital University and The Ohio State University. Now, in addition to teaching a course or two online each semester, she is the Director of Marketing and Communications for a small not-for-profit organization.
Outside of professional and family responsibilities, Magro Algarotti loves to travel (I've visited over 30 countries), and go skiing, hiking, camping and boating.
