Joe Whitebread, '15

Joe is a seasoned real estate developer with Trammell Crow Company where he supports the acquisition team with new pursuits and manages and executes the complete life cycle of projects including due diligence, hiring of design and project teams, project design, obtaining entitlements and permits, budgeting, and construction through project lease up, turnover, and close out. Currently Joe is focused on industrial development, in particular complex entitlement situations and multi-phase projects.
