Biography
Min Chen is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Costello College of Business, George Mason University. He has received a PhD in Management Science from the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Dr. Chen’s research interests include online advertising, economics of information systems, and optimization models. His research has been published in Management Science, Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, and Decision Support Systems. He has presented his research at various conferences, including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Workshop on Information Technology and Systems (WITS), the Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST), the Workshop on the Economics of Information Security (WEIS), and the China Workshop on Economics of Information Systems Theory (CWEIST). He is an associate editor at Information Technology and Management, on the editorial review board at Production and Operations Management and Decision Sciences, and a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), and the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS).
