Nadine Bullock-Pottinga

Nadine Bullock-Pottinga brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as senior director of development at the Costello College of Business at George Mason University. A results-oriented philanthropy professional, she has led high-performing teams and built strategic partnerships that advance mission-aligned goals. Her career includes executive roles at Hire Heroes USA, United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley, and the Washington Commanders Charitable Foundation, where she implemented community-focused, data-informed strategies to drive sustainable growth. A proud first-generation U.S. citizen and first-generation college student, Nadine is deeply committed to higher education, economic mobility, and creating meaningful pathways for student success. She is also a proud first responder wife and “dog mom” to two pups.
