Biography
Steven is a Senior Advisor at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he focuses on financial stability and financial crisis management. He is also a Member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
Steven was previously Advisor to the Chairman at Guggenheim Partners, where he advised on systemic risk and market structure. Prior to that, Steven served as Associate Director of Research for Yale’s Program on Financial Stability, where his research focused on financial crises and how to fight them. In that role, he also advised policymakers and financial firms on financial stability.
Steven is alumnus of the Wisconsin School of Business at University of Wisconsin and Yale University's School of Management.
