Biography
Teresa “Terry” Weipert brings over 30 years of strategic government contracting experience to Maximus, including broad experience in designing and delivering innovative technology solutions to meet mission-critical business requirements. She serves as the General Manager of Maximus Federal, in which capacity she is responsible for all operations, financial, and business development activities for the Company’s U.S. Federal business. Ms. Weipert joined Maximus in 2021 with an eye to maturing and modernizing the Company’s digital transformation, enterprise IT, and BPO portfolios.
Previously, Ms. Weipert led the delivery of IBM’s healthcare, life sciences, and SLED service line, which includes application maintenance and support, custom application, and hybrid cloud services. Preceding her role at IBM, Ms. Weipert served as a Senior Vice President over the government group at Sutherland Global Services, where she stood up the business unit and drove triple-digit growth in the company’s service center management, contact center management, business process outsourcing, and analytics service areas.
