There are few ways to give back that is as meaningful as donating to a scholarship. The support donors provide to students assists them in completing their degree, where in some instances, they would not have been able to continue without this financial support. The generosity of donors is always met with great gratitude by student recipients. By providing students with this opportunity, we help contribute towards creating a better future for everyone.

May 16, 2025Haoling Wang was taking a professional skills development course taught by Karen King, an associate professor in business foundations at the Costello College of Business, when he was encouraged by her to take advantage of the resources being offered by the college.
May 9, 2025Coming into the Costello College of Business at George Mason University thinking that she wanted to be an entrepreneur and build her own business, Yodae Muleta’s perspective changed once she took a few accounting courses. Since then, she has participated in internships and found that she wants to pursue a career in the risk consulting field.
April 29, 2025Receiving the Janis S. Reed Scholarship sharpened the focus even more for the goal-oriented Anh Tran. Wrapping up her final semester as an undergraduate student in accounting and completing the bachelor’s to accelerated master’s (BAM) program, she already had her eyes on the larger picture.
January 27, 2025The Costello College of Business at George Mason University, in partnership with the Deloitte Foundation, offers a limited number of full scholarships to select students pursuing the Costello master’s in accounting for the 2025-26 academic year. July 1, 2024Rachel Absolu, a senior studying accounting at the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University, was awarded the Kearney and Company Scholarship in Accounting for the academic year of 2023–2024. Accounting alumnus Jae Hoon Jeong, who graduated in December 2023, received the Accounting Excellence Scholarship and James R. Beers Endowed Scholarship during his final academic year.
November 28, 2023The scholarship luncheon, held each fall by the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University, brings together scholarship donors with the student recipients of those scholarships. On Tuesday, November 7, the latest group of donors and awardees gathered to build connections and share inspiration.
