Sets forth a vision and plan for improving literacy in artificial intelligence (AI) across American classrooms, for both K-12 and adult education, in order to shape future generations of AI innovators and a strong AI-related workforce. Emphasizes the importance of contracts and allocation of discretionary funding to develop and expand AI education and certification programs.
